I can hardly believe I am going back and touring many preschools all over the area. I am hoping to get my youngest on the waiting list for fall. By then she will be 3 and hopefully potty trained. I am looking much closer to home and my other daughters school being more realistic that being in traffic an hour each way, doesn't justify a few dollars less in tuition.
I always wanted to stay home with my first, Jasmine. Now, I feel compelled to go back to work. I feel like my resume has become a joke in the last 3 years. I would like to work again, without the interviewer wondering why I have nothing listed for 3 years. Staying at home has been safe, and I feel like I need to take that risk again and be part of the adult functioning world. With a paycheck that would cover at least my preschool expenses plus a little more would be nice. I hope I am able to juggle it all, and so the search begins.
